The Versailles, located at 1530 Locust Street, is in Philadelphia's historic landmark district. It was built in 1920 by renowned Philadelphia architect Frederick Webber. The Versailles has been restored to it's original glory. It is easy to see why it was such a desirable place to live years ago, and why it is again, today.
Situated only 2 blocks from beautiful Rittenhouse Square, the easy access to the city's most desirable shopping, dining and entertainment facilities, and the social opportunities of being in this "happening" area are only few of the may assets it offers.
From studios to three bedrooms.
