Designed in 1910, this magnificent limestone and terra cotta-trimmed 8-story building was originally a showroom and assembly plant for the old Packard Motor Car Company. This majestic 2-story lobby - with its mahogany paneling, cast plaster ceiling, intricate carvings and grand chandeliers - was preserved when Historic Landmarks transformed the building into a first class residential community in 1986. Today, two life-size neon Packard sculptures are parked in the lobby and the contemporary residences are just as dazzling - filled with all the quality features and unique details you could possibly want.
